ねぎあっさり特選醤油らぁめん (830円) Light Taste Green Onion Soy Sauce Ramen (830JPY) / たろちゃんらぁめん (900円) “Taro-chan” Ramen (900JPY)
After having a quick tea in Himeji, we took the train back to Kobe and finished check-in procedures. We went to a Ramen restaurant near the hotel to have dinner.
The price was very attractive (around 800 JPY for a bowl of Ramen and free Kimchi). We ordered soy sauce ramen and “Taro-chan” ramen which was really yummy.
A bucket of Kimichi came before the ramen. Adapted to the local tastes, kimchi was refreshing and not too spicy.
The distinctive and pungent smell, rich taste of the soup was really nice. The noodles were firm and chewy. The ramen pork was soft and greasy. Until now I can't forget how the meat melted in my mouth. Yummy 😋!
我們去了拉麵太郎餐廳食晚餐。整個神戶都有拉麵太郎的分店，其中一間拉麵太郎就在我倆下塌嘅酒店附近。我在 openrice 上查過，香港都有一間一樣名的拉麵店，從餐牌推論兩間餐廳是沒有關連。
點了兩款拉麵其中一款就係醬油拉麵，另外一款就叫太郎拉麵。價錢就非常吸引，大概800日元左右就有交易，另一款大概900日元左右的錢。
兩個麵總括而言都是非常好味，好香，另外湯底味好濃，也有油份，非常惹味。麵有咬口而且稍稍偏硬，個人十分喜歡！現在想起那一種入口即溶嘅口感，實在不得了！
